Gunfire on Lebanon Border



It's no surprise that the pullout of Israel from Lebanon in 2000 made the tiny country north of Israel a de facto Syrian province. The Syrians quickly moved in and established control ... and terrorism has been exported again ever since. When Israel attacked Syrian terrorist camps, Hezbollah guerillas started shooting from Lebanon, killing one soldier.

Hezbollah denied it was responsible for any shooting on the border.
