Saddam Says Iraq Wants Overall Solution to Crisis

He always says this. Lift all of the sanctions and he will allow conditional return of UN Arms Inspectors. His statements are so full of qualifications as to be almost useless.

Why doesn't he let them in now? Well, he destroyed those weapons years ago, he now says ... you remember, the weapons he denied he ever had ... yeah, those ones. Well, they're destroyed now so there's no reason to inspect for them.
