A Shocking Village Voice Article

Shocking because The Village Voice is willing to let Sylvana Foa step out of the reactionary box, not whine about 'occupation' and simply read and recite facts and history. Foa cites the Balfour Declaration and maybe it's an error to list that document as objective fact but at least an attempt is made to find facts. One of the facts is that the British were famous for playing sides off against each other so it won't surprise anyone to find that they were doing it in the mid-east as well.

I don't know how Foa is connected enough to get published in VV but stranger things have happened. Perhaps there is hope for the left too ...
