Israeli Tanks Fire on Arafat Compound
Israeli tanks firing heavy machine guns rumbled into the West Bank city of Ramallah early on Thursday and opened fire on the headquarters of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, Palestinian security sources and witnesses said.
