Palestinian Court Orders Arafat To Release A Suspected Terrorist

Well, the only reason Ahmed Saadat, head of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) jailed in Jericho under international supervision, isn't held by the Israelis is that he is being held by international guards.

So either Arafat has set this up to free Saadat and say "the courts made me do it" or they have set him up to fail and lose even more credibility.
