Arabia Says It Has Donated 4% Of Its GNP To Developing Nations Since The Mid-70s

We have no way to know what a repressive Arabian dictator means by 'development projects' in 65 Muslim countries. Still, some clown like Senator Patty Murray of Washington will see that number and tell us that we should do as much to help women and poor countries as Arabia.
