Saddam Says The US Is Looking For Excuses To Invade Iraq

You mean besides being a country ruled by a mysogynist, intolerant, repressive, mass-murdering dictator bent on obtaining weapons of mass destruction?

"In targeting Iraq, the United States administration is acting on behalf of Zionism which has been killing the heroic people of Palestine, destroying their property, murdering their children," Saddam's message to the UN said.

Waitaminnit, you just said we were out to get your country , Iraq ... now it turns out we are puppets of Israel, who are intent on destroying Palestinians, despite the fact that they have overwhelming military superiority and know that the UN is too weak to stop them if they chose to do it?

"The U.S. administration wants to destroy Iraq in order to control the Middle East oil, and consequently control the politics as well as the oil and economic policies of the whole world," Saddam's message said.

Okay, so now we get to clobber a dictator who has immasculated the UN, murdered thousands, funds terrorists AND get cheap oil??? Hand me a pistol!

"I hereby declare before you that Iraq is clear of all nuclear, chemical and biological weapons," Saddam's message said, denouncing "the fabrications" delivered by American officials.

He left out 'Honest, I give you my sacred word.' Or something else convincing like, 'I swear on a Koran...' otherwise, he is just talking in english. See, we know that he's allowed to lie to infidels. In fact, lying to infidels isn't even lying, just like blowing up infidel children is not murder. Why exactly would we believe he has destroyed all of the NBC weapons he had, when he used to claim he never had them at all?
