Israel Cuts Power to Arafat, Kill Four During Protests

Israeli troops killed four Palestinian protesters Sunday as thousands of people took to the streets in the West Bank and Gaza Strip to demonstrate against the siege of Yasser Arafat, witnesses said. The army confirmed only two of the deaths, and said its troops killed armed men and were responding to gunfire.
