Russians Say It's Easy To Establish If Weapons Exist

Russia's Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov:"Being experienced in that sort of business, both Americans and Russians, we can easily establish whether there exists or not weapons of mass destruction technology, some sort of programs or preparations of something which should not be done."

This is if they are allowed to look. Already there are hints , as I predicted, that the rules would suddenly change. Hussein is looking for a year to stall inspections and the UN is likely to give it to him ... at that time he will then say his palaces and other 'sovereign' locations are off-limits. Then the UN will continue to insist a diplomatic solution is necessary and that he will suddenly give in if the world continues to wait.

Let's face it. The UN wasn't much ten years ago. It is now a bureaucratic mechanism that has no true function.
