Arafat Now Says He Will Accept Clinton Peace Plan

Does anyone believe he didn't say the same thing before the details were ever floated? That old saying about if Caesar had been an Arab he would have crossed or not crossed the Rubicon depending on the conditions of the day and exactly where he had chosen to place the Rubicon for that situation certainly applies.

You can bet as soon as anyone agrees to this, he will say he was misquoted, some things were left out, or that he didn't agree to it in the first place -- all at the same time.
