UN relaxes Iraq sanctions

The United Nations Security Council has approved an overhaul of sanctions against Iraq to release more humanitarian aid. The council's 15 members voted unanimously in favour of the changes after a delay of Monday's vote, when Syria tried unsuccessfully to make last-minute amendments.

No word on how much of his billions Saddam Hussein would be contributing to the welfare of the Iraqi people.
